Hickam Federal Credit Union Adds Open Solutions’

Outsourced Imaged Payment Technologies to DNA™ Platform

GLASTONBURY, Conn., March 17, 2010 – Hickam Federal Credit Union of Honolulu, Hawaii has selected Open Solutions Inc.® Imaged Payment Technologies Group’s outsourced services to better integrate with its existing core platform, Open Solutions’ DNA™ (formerly The Complete Credit Union Solution®). Established in 1936 for Hickam Air Force Base, the federal credit union was founded as Hawaiian Air Depot Employees Federal Credit Union, later changing its name to Hickam FCU. Today, Hickam FCU is a community credit union with more than $431 million in assets serving the Ewa District and the island of Oahu with four branches. Hickam FCU cited Open Solutions’ integration capabilities to its existing Open Solutions’ DNA core platform as a primary factor for selecting its image-enabled item processing system.
